1. About these terms

These terms apply to our website, the student app and our admission counselling services provided by AUE Global Private Limited, trading as Abroad Univibes Education ("AUE Global", "we", "us"). By using them, or by registering as a student, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide counselling, course and university shortlisting, document checking, application support and related guidance for studying abroad.

We are consultants. Admission, scholarships and visas are decided by universities and government authorities. We cannot guarantee any admission, scholarship or visa outcome.

3. Your account

You must give true and complete details when you apply. Keep your application number and password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend an account that gives false information or misuses the app.

4. Documents you upload

Upload only your own genuine documents. Forged or altered documents lead to immediate cancellation of your application, with no refund, and we may inform the university.

Uploads are limited to PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 5 MB each. We may ask you to re-upload anything that is unclear or incomplete.

5. Consultancy fee and payments

Our consultancy fee and its installments are agreed with you in writing and shown in the app. The fee covers our services only. University tuition, hostel, application, visa and travel costs are separate and are paid as the university or authority requires.

A receipt is issued for each payment we receive. Please keep it. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

6. What we ask of you

Respond to document requests promptly, pay installments by their due dates, and read the offer letters and university terms before accepting.

7. Limits of our responsibility

We are not liable for decisions made by universities or authorities, for delays outside our control, or for information you provided that turns out to be wrong or incomplete. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the consultancy fee you paid us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions, use the contact details on our website or ask your counsellor.
