1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how AUE Global Private Limited, trading as Abroad Univibes Education ("AUE Global", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information on our website and student app.
2. What we collect
Details you give us: name, phone, email, date of birth, address, guardian details, education and marks, preferred country, course and intake.
Documents you upload, such as passport, photograph, marksheets, certificates and test scores.
Payment records: amounts, dates, method and receipt numbers. We do not store card or bank passwords.
Technical data: a protected form of your IP address for security and rate limiting, and a sign-in cookie.
3. How we use it
To process your admission: checking documents, applying to universities, tracking decisions and keeping you updated.
To manage fees and issue receipts, to answer your questions, and to keep our systems secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who sees it
Our authorised counsellors and staff see your record. We share your details and documents with a university, embassy or authority only for the applications you ask us to make.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How we protect it
Documents are stored in a private area that cannot be opened from the web, and only you and our staff can view them after signing in. Passwords are stored in a hashed form. Connections use HTTPS, and access is logged.
No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your record while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting and support reasons. You can ask us to delete your data once the service is complete and we have no obligation to keep it.
7. Your choices
You can view and update most of your details in the app. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us or telling your counsellor.
8. Cookies
The student app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies in the app.
9. Children
If an applicant is under 18, a parent or guardian should apply with them or on their behalf.
10. Contact and changes
Use the contact details on our website for any privacy request. We may update this policy and will show the latest date at the top.
